Refund policy

We hope you love your new Moosh pieces! However, we understand that sometimes the stars just don't align.

Please read our policy below for all you need to know about returning your items.

What is NOT eligible for return online or in-store: All Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. All swim, jewelry, sunglass, and undergarment purchases are also final sale. 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

We will happily accept returns or exchanges on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise (excluding swim, jewelry, sunglasses, and undergarments) with all original tags and any protective packaging and materials in place

Return request process: if you are not satisfied with your items, you may request a return by submitting a return request email requesting a Return Authorization number (RA#) and shipping label within three (3) days of receiving your order (based on the shipping delivery date per the shipping carrier) to info@mooshshoppe.com. Be sure to include your original order number, name, the items you would like to return, as well as the reason for the return request in the email. Decisions on return requests initiated without all relevant information will be delayed.

Return request reviews will be completed by our team within 1-3 business days, and you will either receive an RA# and shipping label if the return is approved, or, if the return request is outside of the return window, we will email you a rejection notice. 

 

Return shipping process: If approved, the return must be postmarked within five (5) days of the RA approval email date. Shoe boxes must be shipped within a larger box to protect the original box from wear and tear during shipping. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postage labels. 

Any orders returned to Moosh without a Moosh-approved return authorization number and Moosh-issued shipping label are considered the responsibility of the customer, the return will be denied, and the items will be returned to the customer. Moosh will not be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.

Return review process: Once your return is received, inspected for adherence to our return policy, and approved by the Moosh team, a restocking and return shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund total, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method within three (3) business days of approval. Please note, it can take several days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

We reserve the right to decline returns for items not meeting our guidelines, including signs of wear or alteration from its original condition in any way. If declined, you will have the option to have the item(s) shipped back to you at your expense. 

Online purchases may be returned in-store following the same guidelines as in-store purchases, and the receipt date of the package will be used to calculate the return window.


ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGES:

Please email info@mooshshoppe.com to request an exchange. Exchange requests will be processed by our team within 1-2 business days. If the exchange item is available, we will reply with an exchange RA# and a return label to ship your item(s) back.

Once item(s) are received back in-store, the new item will be sent to you, and a restocking and return shipping fee of $10 will be applied to your new item.

Online orders can be exchanged in-store within the same 14-day window as in-store purchases. The receipt date of the package will be used to calculate the exchange window.

IN-STORE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

We will allow refunds for in-store purchases within three (3) days of purchase date on full-price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags and any protective packaging and materials in place. After three (3) days from purchase date, exchanges or store credit will be given up to 14 days of the purchase date.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

 

PRICE MATCHING

Price matching will be honored to adjust an item purchased at FULL price that subsequently goes on sale within ONE WEEK of purchase, and will be given in the form of store credit. 

The adjustment must be requested within two weeks of the original purchase. No adjustments will be granted after this date. 

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for price adjustments.

No adjustments will be honored for seasonal sales. Seasonal sales refer to our major promotional events tied to specific times of year (for example, end-of-summer, Black Friday, or holiday sales). Items purchased during these events are excluded from price adjustments and remain final sale.
